Many supporters of the Foundation Fighting Blindness have told us that someone in their family is affected by vision loss. With this knowledge, we created the “Family Insight Survey” to ask them to share their insights with other families. Of course, we also included a few critically important questions about planning and estate gifts.
This approach was a winner as donors clearly felt they had something to contribute and were inspired to help others. The mailing generated six times more leads than our previous package at only a quarter of the cost. And as a bonus it earned Impact and the Foundation Fighting Blindness a “Package of the Year” nod from the Direct Marketing Fundraisers Association (DMFA). Click here to see the package.
